Business environment is changing constantly . there have been a tremendous changes that occurred in all business related fields . As a matter of fact , the basic concepts in an corporation primary analysis is that you are to ask the question why does an organization exist ? . The answer to this question is pretty a simple answer which would likely be is to create value . In order to do so , this organization has to deal with two environment , an external environment which by it takes its resources and materials , employees , regulations which are enforced by the government , consumers , and on the other hand the internal environment which is the organization internal circle which includes the employees , the departments , mission , goals , officers , all management levels .
The organizations are continuously in the state of development and change , in order to survive . Technological revolution has made it harder for those who are in lack of resources , or those organizations who are still following the old rules .
As GE CEO once said "change or die" , one important example about the need to change in both culture and structure , is that the principles that Edward Deming introduced in Japan after the world war II , and yes his principles in management did success in Japan and the Japanese industries started getting better reputation because of the high-quality product oriented , that was a significant change in Japan at the time that the U.S companies were suffering from all kinds of problems , but no one listened to that man until it was almost too late when the Japanese products were almost sold everywhere because of their quality .
