As we were discussing very interesting topic , which is the Image , Identity , and Reputation of a corporation , I just wanted to share this article which is from entrepreneur magazine .
In this article , the author talks about Bank of America and Netflix , and Dunkin' Donuts too . Mainly , Dr.Moore explained very excellent idea how does this work out , when for example , Bank of America decided to charge customers on their debt cards and after a massive social media negative reactions from the customers , they had changed their minds . so the companies are really scared and afraid when things go publicly especially on the social media because they care about their Image and Reputation from their consumer's perceptions .
